Big night tonight, I have to apply all that I learned at Niraj's dinner afternoon and evening and make my own curry from scratch.

I did it including yogurt in the sauce for the first time. Interesting.

Everyone liked it. Those present included Jan and I, Leanne and Tara, Niraj and Alison, and David who came in later after visiting his mother in the hospital. The menu included some hot chilli Asian snacks, chicken curry, Basmati rice, chapatis, chutney courtesy of Alison, wine, and apple pie for desert. After dinner we had Grappa and Scotch to help settle the meal. It is a good life style here in Merrie Olde.
