Lucca, Italy

After breakfast, our last together with Dick and Shiela, it was out to the parking lot to help load up their car as they are off to Rome.

We all waved goodbye to each other, and they left with our GPS to guide them safely to the Europcar office near their hotel at the airport. Then for Jan and I a relaxing day, the most we did was to scope out the nearest service station for filling the rental car's tank tomorrow, and find the loacation of the Europcar's office in town. Both duties completed, time to relax some more and make plans for our own return 'home' to London and the girls, and the final journey home to the wack in November, including making the reservations for a hotel in Milano tomorrow evening.

Dinner in the dining room tonight, then bed. On the train tomorrow, east and north, bound for Firenze and then Milano.
